Principal Programmer Analyst/Team Lead

You will foster strong partnerships while collaborating directly with end users, business stakeholders, IT Operations, vendors, test leadership, and other functional peers, as you lead your team to develop and ship quality product.  This position is located in our Nashville, TN office.



Will be expected to develop software while leading your team by example

Ship cloud based products, services, and features for cross-browser and mobile shell support

Operate as a pro-active, self-motivated, mature professional and team lead in a fast-paced environment, across multiple products

Develop product features and services, write user stories, write unit tests, complete coding tasks, help resolve production tasks, lead code reviews, resolve bugs, solve issues, and identify and resolve process improvement and automation opportunities throughout the product lifecycle

Deliver on Scrum commitments with standards-based code using the MSF for Agile Software

Development template, Continuous Integration delivery model, Visual Studio 2013, Team

Foundation Server 2013 with Version Control and Git, and test-driven development

Stay up-to-date with the technologies and tools and help drive improvements in coding standards, user experience, workflow, and service quality

Ensure stabile, quality product is shipped on time



. Excellent team leadership, communication, and coordination skills

. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a technical team across all stages of product development and delivery

. Minimum 5-Years scalable C# .NET application development experience and fluency with MVC, JSON, and RESTful design

. Minimum 3-Years Web Applications development experience using HTML5, ASP.NET Web API, MVC pattern, Razor, and Entity Framework

. Minimum 2-Years Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL stored procedures experience

. Minimum 1-Year SCRUM experience and familiarity with the MSF for Agile Software Development template

. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to gather, refine, and convert

business requirements into functional requirements and working production code

. Innate and accurate ability to cost and prioritize software development tasks

. Test-driven development, Team Foundation Server, and MSBuild experience
