  • Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7
  • Windows Server 2003 and 2008
  • Remote Desktop support
  • Small Business Server 2003/2008
  • Active Directory and Exchange
  • Experience with patch management
  • Advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting skills
  • TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
  • Remote support for handheld smartphones and tablets
